These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LookUp (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is a posture monitoring application that uses your device's accelerometer to detect posture (device tilt angle) and help you improve your posture. The App integrates with Apple HealthKit to provide background posture monitoring using Workout Sessions (type: Mind & Body).
Important: The App is a general wellness tool, not a medical device. See Section 5 for details.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under the age of 13 may not use the App. Minors should obtain parental consent before using the App.

The Trial period begins automatically when the App is first installed and lasts for 14 days, during which all Pro features are available at no charge. After the trial period expires, the plan automatically transitions to Free unless a Pro subscription or Lifetime purchase has been made.
The Free plan has limitations on session duration (15 minutes maximum) and certain settings. Detailed feature comparisons are available on the in-app purchase screen.
Prices are displayed in your local currency on the App Store and within the App prior to purchase. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions (monthly and annual) automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the initial subscription period.
The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your Apple ID account will be automatically charged for the first year at the price displayed on the App Store. Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
This subscription trial is separate from the app-level trial described in Section 3.
You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions after purchase. You can also manage subscriptions at: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
We cannot cancel subscriptions on behalf of users.
If you cancel, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for cancellation during a billing period.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store transactions.
The App is NOT a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property in the App belong to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
Data handling in the App is governed by our separate Privacy Policy. By using the App, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, changes in applicable laws or regulations, network failures, or failures of third-party services (including Apple App Store, Firebase, and RevenueCat).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
However, if mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence apply, those laws shall take precedence.
